Working days/hours: 37.5 hours within a 5 to 6 day week.

We are an established well equipped unisex salon. We are looking for a Salon Manager who has extensive experience in the similar fields and also guide and suggest us to do some strategies for marketing and advertisement of the business. He/she could also retain the existing customers by giving excellent services and sell more services/products. We also expect that to bring new customers by ‘word of mouth’
As a Salon Manager, you will play an essential role in leading the salon and ensuring its daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include managing the workforce, providing excellent customer service, and effectively managing the budget, all while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.
It’s your responsibility as a manager to keep an eye on everything that happens in the salon. Whether it’s ensuring cleanliness, managing supplies, or implementing health and safety regulations, it’s on you to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
You will be also responsible for marketing and promoting the salon products and services using social media and website.
You must have a communicative English reading, writing, listening and speaking provided with a certificate or equivalent. You must have a degree or worked in similar position
