Salary: £39,500  per annum
Location: Manchester
Working days/hours: 37.5 hours within a 5 to 6 day week.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hairdressing & Beauty Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for budgeting, inventory, marketing, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Job Duties : –

As a Hairdressing and Beauty salon manager, you play an essential role in leading the salon and ensuring its daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include managing the workforce, providing excellent customer service and dealing with any customer complaints, and effectively managing the budget and inventory Management, all while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. 

It’s your responsibility as a manager to keep an eye on everything that happens in the salon. Whether it’s ensuring cleanliness, managing supplies, or implementing health and safety regulations, it’s on you to ensure the smooth running of the salon.

You will be also responsible for marketing and promoting the salon products and services using social media and website to attract new clients and maintain existing Customers at their high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

You must have a communicative English reading, writing, listening and speaking provided with a certificate or equivalent. You must have a degree or worked in similar position.
